VeriStitch is pleased to provide the following answers to questions about the VeriStitch-Brother strategic alliance.

Will the Delta Industrial Sewing Network continue to support other machine brands?

Yes. The alliance with Brother does not in any way signal our intent to stop supporting other machine brands on Delta ISN. We can minimally provide a download-and-sew network for most machine brands, with some production tracking, either manual or automatic, depending on brand and model.

We welcome it, however, when a machine manufacturer expresses the desire for a higher degree of integration with Delta ISN. The Brother interface enables us to go far beyond a download-and-sew network to additionally provide complete, detailed production tracking of their machines. As you may know, VeriStitch originally introduced the idea of automated production tracking to the industry. With the Brother alliance, we are now able to bring automated production tracking to a new level of accuracy and reliability.

Has Brother International acquired either VeriStitch or its technology?

No. VeriStitch and its technologies continue to be solely and privately held as described in the VeriStitch press release dated June 22, 2002.
